Leadership Team
President
Kathrine (Katie) Briggs has led LANFest as President since 2018, leveraging her 25 years in executive leadership and change management. She steered the charity from -$70K to over $750K in revenue without grants, driven by the values of Fun, Community, and Accomplishing Good.
Executive Producer
Driving LANFest's strategic vision, Jayden Wild leverages 15+ years in Broadcasting and Live Events to scale the organization's Broadcast, Scholastic Esports, and Creator programs. She is deeply committed to fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion across all charitable initiatives.
Program Manager
Nicholas Jambé is an event management and esports professional with a strong background in nonprofit program development, community-driven events, and large-scale volunteer coordination. Nicholas has built his career at the intersection of live events, gaming culture, and charitable impact.

Event Manager & Founder
Michael is a career IT Professional. After many years in Central Washington supporting clinics, law firms, accounting firms, PUDs, and the Washington State Department of Transportation, he was hired by Intel Corporation. He lead many IT engineering and DevOps teams in his time at Intel and retired in 2024.

Steven Offield serves as the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for LANFest, where he leads national branding, communications strategy, and chapter support across the organization.

Kevin Mast serves on the LANFest Board of Directors with a strategic focus on chapter relations and a guiding philosophy to "Bring online, on LAN." Recognizing the often toxic environments found in anonymous online gaming, Kevin is a passionate advocate for rebuilding genuine, healthy communities through consistent in-person connection.
