Haley Mullins

Haley Mullins has spent more than a decade in the tech and gaming industry, building communities, partnerships, and large-scale gaming experiences across the country. She began her journey in 2012 when she founded FortLAN in Fort Wayne, Indiana, an event that later became an official LANFest chapter and has now hosted more than 30 successful LAN events.

Before joining LANFest, Haley worked at Cooler Master where she led North American project and event efforts, collaborated with brands, creators, and partners throughout the gaming and PC hardware space, and built a weekly community game night that was streamed live with rotating brand partners featured in each segment.

Haley is also one of the first professional female PC modders in the United States. She has won several competitive modding titles, been featured in multiple magazines and online publications, and earned the coveted NVIDIA GeForce Garage Certified modder designation, a recognition held by only a select group of DIY builders.

Her extensive experience in events, project development, and community building has helped her cultivate a large network of industry relationships. This background directly supports her work as Sponsorship Lead for LANFest, where she builds and manages partnerships with national and international brands, drives sponsor value across more than 150 annual events, and supports LANFest’s mission of building healthy communities through gaming.

She remains committed to championing grassroots gaming, volunteer-powered events, and the belief that gaming brings people together to create meaningful and positive change.
