FortLAN returns this spring for a full weekend of gaming, community, and fun. Bring your PC and join us for tournaments, community games, AFK activities, and plenty of time to hang out and play. Guests are welcome to stop in, say hello, and check out our space!

Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Buying a ticket lets you reserve a BYOC seat for yourself and your rig. Check out the additional add-on options when purchasing!

SCHEDULE
Friday: VIP entry at 1 PM. General BYOC entry at 4 PM.
Sunday: Gaming ends at 4 PM.

Team Fortress 2, Counter-Strike 2, and Golf With Your Friends.
Community Games
TF2, Quake Live, Overwatch, Half-Life 2: Deathmatch, Golf With Your Friends, and Left 4 Dead 2, with more to come!
AFK Activities
Mouse Toss, Hard Drive Stack, and Rock Paper Scissors.

Pre-LAN Checklist
• Install and update your games and launchers before coming, including Steam, Epic, EA, Battle.net, and Riot.
• Have your account logins and two-factor authentication ready.
• Back up your personal files.
• Verify your seat location on the ticket website and compare it to table markers.

What to Bring
• PC or laptop.
• ONE computer monitor, no larger than 32 inches.
• BRING AN ETHERNET CABLE! A 25-foot cable is recommended to reach the closest switch.
• Headphones and microphone. Speakers are not allowed.
• Power cables and phone chargers. Only PCs, monitors, phone chargers, and portable gaming devices may be plugged in.
• Keyboard, mouse, and mousepad.
• Optional chair. Chairs are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
• Your own software. FortLAN will not provide operating systems, games, or applications.
• Screwdriver or multi-tool. Bring any tools you might need to adjust your setup. We can’t guarantee we’ll have the proper tools to help.
• General self-care items, including a water bottle, snacks, and personal medications. Be good to yourself!

RULES
General Rules
• Be kind to your fellow gamers and follow directions from FortLAN staff, Grand Wayne Convention Center staff, and security.
• Keep foul language to a minimum.
• No cheating.
• No hate speech.
• No illegal file sharing.
• No porn or questionable content. This is a PG-13 event. We appreciate your help keeping it that way!
• Do not touch or use anyone else’s equipment without permission from staff or the owner.
• Have fun!
Facility Rules
• No sleeping in the venue.
• No coffee makers, tea pots, microwaves, mini refrigerators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), or anything that draws lots of current.
• Meet food delivery drivers outside, in front of the building.
• Personal-sized coolers only. Use ice packs, not loose ice.
• Only verified vendors may sell food or drinks.
• No drugs or alcohol.
• Use designated loading and unloading doors. Do not load or unload through the glass doors on the south side of the building on Jefferson Blvd.
• Use designated entrances and exits to ensure security.
• No smoking, including e-cigs or vapes, inside the building. Use designated smoking areas outside.
• Dispose of garbage properly. Contact staff or a volunteer for help with spills or large boxes.
• Reports of theft will be investigated. Fort Wayne Police will be called as needed.
• Stay within designated event areas.
Hardware Curfew
Saturday morning: 1 AM to 8 AM
Sunday morning: 1 AM to 8 AM
Attendees cannot bring in or take out equipment during hardware curfew. This helps prevent theft. If you need to remove equipment during these hours, speak with a staff member first.
Cheating / Hacking
FortLAN has zero tolerance for cheating or hacking. If you are caught cheating or hacking during an online match, including tournaments, you will be escorted from the venue and banned from the current event.
Acts of Violence
Physical and verbal violence will not be tolerated. FortLAN staff reserve the right to determine what constitutes violence in any situation. Damage to the venue or another attendee’s property will not be tolerated.
