Joining the LF Charity Stream Zone on Tiltify
Thank you for supporting LANFest and other charitable causes! By creating a campaign, you are helping us build communities through gaming. Follow these steps to get your fundraising page live in minutes.
Step 1: Access the Event Sign-Up
Click the direct registration link below to ensure your campaign is correctly linked to our team event:

Step 2: Log In or Create an Account
- If you have a Tiltify account: Log in using your credentials or via Twitch/YouTube/Discord.
- If you are new: Click “Sign Up” and follow the prompts to verify your email.
- Tip: Link your streaming platform (Twitch/YouTube) during sign-up to make alerts easier to set up later.
Step 3: Initialize Your Campaign
Once logged in via the link above, you will be prompted to “Create a Campaign.” You may need to go back and click the Sign Up link again to create a campaign linked to the PAX West fundraiser.
- Confirm the Event: Ensure it says you are supporting “PAX West 2026” fundraising event.
- Select “Let Beakr, our campaign assistant, help” if you want to be guided through the process. Otherwise, select “Skip with Quick Start“.
- When asked how you will connect with donors, select Live Streaming, In-Person Event, and any other applicable options
- When asked to allow other fundraisers to support you, select NO. This option is for creating a team to support the event. Please only select yes if you already have a team of creators that you are signing up with, and you have talked to LANFest staff about your team plans.
- When asked to name your campaign and add a description: make sure to explicitly state what charity you are raising funds for.
Using Beakr:
Beaker is an assistant that can create your campaign, rewards, and polls for you just by having you answer a few questions. It’s a great option to make things quick and easy!
Step 4: Customize Your Page (The “Fun” Part)
Your Tiltify dashboard allows you to make your campaign unique:
- Add Rewards: Create incentives for donors (e.g., “$10 – I’ll play the next round one-handed”).
- Milestones: Set “stretch goals” to celebrate progress (e.g., “At $500, I’ll wear a goofy hat for the rest of the stream”).
- Description: Briefly tell your community why you’re supporting LANFest or your chosen 501(c)(3).
