Event Highlights:

LAN (BYOC) Event: 80 Seat LAN area for participants to bring and set up their home gaming systems while enjoying the beautiful outdoors and mountain view! Game in an authentic military tent into the early hours of the morning!

Equipment Restrictions:

Due to the limited resources at the location, power and internet speeds will be limited.

• You will be limited to 1 Monitor and 3ft of desk space.  We will have monitor rentals available. System rentals and camping cot rentals are available, but limited. Sign up early to ensure availability!
• Internet access will be available, but limited due to the remoteness of the site. We may restrict or limit bandwidth due to this constraint.  Please expect online games to have impactful latency, so LAN games are highly encouraged.  Please ensure all games and software are up to date before packing for the event. We will have a game cache server on site to attempt to cache all popular titles, but please ensure that your game libraries are up to date the day before the event if possible.
• Laptops or Steam Decks are good options but we will have power for desktops.
• Basic folding chairs will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own chair.  Please keep in mind that the tents may be on an uneven surface.
• Tables are provided, and each seat will have 3ft of desk space, 2 seats per table.

Accommodations:

• Tents: We will have areas available for you to pitch your tent and set up camp! Please be sure to bring any accommodations you need as none will be provided other than space on the ground!
• RVs: RV’s and trailers are welcome to attend! Please keep in mind there are no hookups, so vehicles must be self sufficient. We have ample space out from the property on the bed of the lake for you to set up your RV’s and trailers.
• Bathrooms: There will be porta potties and hand wash stations available during the event, but no showers. There is local access to Lake Cle Elum, so feel free to go take a dip!
• Camp fires may be permitted at the event in designated areas, however this is subject to change due to local regulations and potential burn bans that may be in effect.

LAN (BYOC) Event: Game the weekend away in a series of military tents! Each tent holds 20 attendees. Be ready for Tent vs Tent gaming battles! Enjoy games with friends while enjoying beautiful mountain views!

Gaming Galore: Featuring a plethora of games that you can join and potentially win some amazing prizes!

Experience: Activities for gamers of all levels and ages!

Family Camping: Enjoy a chance to game and camp with your friends and family at this unique event! There will be campfires, contests, food and more!

FAQ:

Can I bring family members?: Families are encouraged to attend, however seats within gaming tents will not be provided. Each attendee that wishes to participate in gaming will be required to buy a seat.

Are Pets permitted?: Pets are permitted on the property, however we do ask that pets will not be permitted in the gaming tents. This event does take place in the wilderness, so there are chances of wildlife encounters. We ask that pets in attendance are well behaved with other people and animals.  Please do not bring any people or pet aggressive animals to this event.  Staff members reserve the right to ask you to leash your pet, and will ask your pet to leave the event if they feel there is a risk to attendees or other pets.

Family Meals: There will be some scheduled “Family Meals” during the event. Please stay tuned for more Info.

Lake Access: There may be direct lake access from the event property, however Lake Cle Elum is a reservoir lake, and the levels change throughout the summer. If lake levels are low, there are designated lake access locations south of the event property.

Services: This event is located remotely, and all stores are a drive away. There is limited services South of the event at The Last Roadhouse and The Last Resort. We encourage you to visit these local businesses during the event!

Tickets

Tickets are available at a first-come-first-serve basis. Buying a ticket allows you to reserve your spot for the 2nd Annual Camping LAN for yourself and your rig! Tickets are available NOW!

LANFest is a 501c3 non-profit organization built on the mission of “Building healthy communities through gaming”. LANFest was founded by a small group of workers at Intel back in 2002 who wanted to put together a LAN and bring people together. It wasn’t until 2011 that LANFest was a fully functioning organization and began its mission of building healthy communities through gaming by becoming a charity organization. Through the years LANFest has grown from just a small group of gamers in Washington at the Intel Office to a massive organization with 23 Chapters across 18 States and is still growing today!
