Nicholas Jambe

Nicholas Jambé is an event management and esports professional with a strong background in nonprofit program development, community-driven events, and large-scale volunteer coordination. A dual bachelor’s graduate in Event Management and Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida, Nicholas has built his career at the intersection of live events, gaming culture, and charitable impact.

Now serving as Program Manager for LANFest, Nicholas plays a key role in shaping and scaling national nonprofit initiatives that leverage gaming for good. He works closely with LANFest’s leadership and external partners to develop sustainable programs that connect gaming communities with meaningful charitable outcomes. A core focus of his work includes direct collaboration with Nicklaus Children’s Hospital System, where he is helping develop and launch Play It Forward, a new program designed to bring gaming, joy, and community engagement into hospital spaces while supporting patient well-being and fundraising efforts.

Previously, Nicholas served as Chapter Program Manager and Event Manager for LANFest, supporting nonprofit chapters across the United States. In these roles, he oversaw program structure, volunteer leadership, and operational consistency while managing and empowering a nationwide network of 100+ volunteers. He developed standardized resources and brand-aligned toolkits and worked directly with local chapters to enhance event planning, marketing, sponsorships, ticketing, and charity execution—directly supporting LANFest’s mission of building healthy communities through gaming.

His broader experience includes collegiate esports leadership with Esports at UCF, where he helped create and manage tournaments and large-scale community events, including the Florida Collegiate Cup, a multi-university competition that engaged over 700 students. Additional experience at the Orange County Convention Center and Universal Orlando Resort further strengthened his operational expertise and people-first approach to event production.

Nicholas is deeply passionate about building inclusive, community-driven programs and believes gaming can be a powerful tool for connection, healing, and positive social impact.
