Jayden Wild

Jayden Wild serves as the Executive Producer for LANFest, where she provides the strategic direction and operational oversight necessary to achieve its core mission of building healthy communities through gaming for people of all backgrounds. She works with the executive team, national teams, chapters, and clients to ensure the organization maximizes its positive impact across the gaming ecosystem.

Drawing upon over 15 years of professional experience in Broadcasting, Live Event AV Production, and Esports Event Management, Jayden has been a critical leader in transforming the organization’s outreach. She started as a volunteer in 2018 and officially joined the team in 2021, pivoting from a career in concert and events to spearhead a new broadcast vision. Under her strategic guidance and in collaboration with a dedicated team, she successfully scaled key lines of business from their inception to a size that now supports three full-time employees.

Jayden’s leadership is centered on managing three key programs:

• The Broadcast Line of Business, which drives revenue and event visibility.
• The rapidly growing Scholastic Esports Program, which now executes over 120 broadcasts annually.
• A unique, early-stage program for Content Creators focused on charitable impact.

Her professional success is defined by her ability to lead teams in significantly increasing the organization’s awareness and reputation, turning it into a sought-after partner in the gaming space.
