We are excited to share with you all that on Monday, March 5th the NETWAR staff successfully assembled and delivered five Gamers Outreach (GO) Gaming Karts to the Children's Hospital & Medical Center here in Omaha.
These karts were funded by the proceeds of our last event, NETWAR 33.0. We would like to thank everyone who purchased a ticket for that event: Without you, this would not have been possible. We would also like to thank those who contributed to our donation page on Gamers Outreach's website.
The Omaha World Herald wrote an article that appeared on their website and in the Saturday, March 10th newspaper. There is also a video within the online article that is worth the watch.
Out of the five karts donated (each costs $3,500), two were donated by NETWAR and the other three were donated by oISketcHIo, a local Twitch streamer who raised the funds at Gamers for Giving 2017 in Michigan. He will be steaming live at NETWAR 34.0 this weekend. He also is planning to attend Gamers for Giving 2018 to raise additional funds for more karts.
See our Flickr photo gallery of the gaming kart assembly and dedication.
Help us furnish more GO Karts!
NETWAR 34.0 will take place this weekend. The proceeds of that event will fund more GO Karts for the hospital, along with additional games.
Help us reach our goals by donating additional funds to our cause.
THANK YOU!
