Hey there LANFest attendee!
Our 2022 event is almost upon us.
We will open at 9am on Friday September 30th. The event ends after the giveaway which starts at 4pm on Sunday October 2nd. If you are able to help us tear down, more hands means less work for everyone and then your hardworking admins get to go home and sleep earlier (and start planning for the next one).
3) As a reminder, alcohol is not allowed inside of the building. Please don't try and sneak it in either. It is vitally important that this rule is enforced or we may lose our venue. So please... don't do it. We have had to remove people each year. Don't be that person.
4) An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place Where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. We are NOT requiring masks this year.

2) EVERYONE needs to sign the waiver in order to attend the event. Not just people gaming. This includes visitors. It can be found here: https://form.jotform.

5) DO NOT bring in computers through the front door. The venue requires us to bring things in through the side. This is so that we don't potentially break the glass doors. You are welcome to enter and exit through them, just don't haul your rig in through the front door.
6) Please park in the designated area. If you park anywhere else, there is the chance your car may get towed.
