Q: Is there a prize-give-a-way?

A: Yes! We are making every effort to make this feel like a normal LAN. We will do our prize give-a-way Sunday evening and ship you your prize!

Q: Do I have to buy a ticket?

A: No! Come hang out with us on discord, watch our stream, and participate in our "events" track (check the schedule page for more information). If you want to participate in our tournaments you'll need to purchase at minimum a single tournament ticket. However if you buy one of our standard or VIP packages we will ship you swag!

Q: How are walk-up registrations handled?

A: You must purchase your ticket to the tournament 45 minutes before our check-in start time in order to be eligible for the tournament.

Q: How will I stay informed?

A: Discord! We will do all of our communications through Discord but we will be utilizing twitch.tv/lanfest to showcase our tournaments, events, and prize give-a-way.

Q: I bought multiple tickets for me and my friends, where does the swag go?

A: Before you purchase the ticket you can transfer it. If you paid for multiple tickets under your name and want them shipped to multiple places, please open a support ticket.

Q: What charity will my money go to?

A: We are currently working on finding a charity that benefits firefighters and their families in Colorado who have been affected by all of our wildfires.
