What is your refund policy?
Tickets purchased are refundable up to one week prior to the start of the event. No refunds will be issued after this time. Ticket refunds will be for the full purchase price. Tickets can be transferred to another attendee any time before an event starts. To request a refund, open a support ticket for the event and include your name, email, and PayPal transaction ID.
How do I get a refund?
