Welcome to Camping LAN 2024!
Event Overview:
We’re taking two of our most favorite things and putting them together to create an outdoor LAN event in the beautiful mountain ranges of Washington State. Join us as we host Camping LAN in Ronald, WA for three days of 24/7 non-stop gaming action! Please note that this is a prototype event, and will have some differences from your typical LANFest event.

Event Highlights:
LAN (BYOC) Event: 40-Seat LAN area for participants to bring and set up their home gaming systems while enjoying the beautiful outdoors and mountain view! Game in an authentic Military tent into the early hours of the morning!
Equipment Restrictions:
Due to the limited resources at the location, power and internet speeds will be limited.
- Please keep PC specs reasonable to help us stretch our power usage. You will be limited to 1 Monitor and 3ft of desk space.
- Internet service will be available, but will be extremely limited. Please ensure all games and software are up to date before packing for the event. We will work to have a Steam Cache server available as well if you miss an update.
- Laptops or Steam Decks are preferred if possible.
- Chairs will not be provided for this event. Attendees must bring their own chair.
- 6ft Tables as well as additional generators would be welcome! Please reach out if you are able to provide either and list this information when purchasing your ticket in the forms.
Accomidations:
- Tents: We will have areas available for you to pitch your tent and set up camp! Please be sure to bring any accommodations you need as none will be provided other than space on the ground!
- RVs: RV’s and trailers are welcome to attend! Please keep in mind there are no hookups, so vehicles must be self sufficient. We have ample space out from the property on the bed of the lake for you to set up your RV’s and trailers.
- Bathrooms: There will be porta potties and hand wash stations available during the event, but no showers. There is local access to Lake Cle Elum, so feel free to go take a dip!
- At this time, no campfires will be possible due to local burn bans. Gas BBQ’s are permitted as well as gas fire pits.

Tickets are available at a first-come-first-serve basis. Buying a ticket allows you to reserve your spot for the first ever Camping LAN for yourself and your rig! Tickets will become available Monday, July 29th @ 9AM PT!

Camping LAN 2024 is a prototype event. By purchasing a ticket you understand that the success of this event will determine if a following event is possible in the future.
About Us
LANFest is a 501c3 non-profit organization built on the mission of “Building healthy communities through gaming”. LANFest was founded by a small group of workers at Intel back in 2002 who wanted to put together a LAN and bring people together. It wasn’t until 2011 that LANFest was a fully functioning organization and began its mission of building healthy communities through gaming by becoming a charity organization. Through the years LANFest has grown from just a small group of gamers in Washington at the Intel Office to a massive organization with 21 Chapters across 17 States and is still growing today!
